I am a 3rd generation Real Estate Broker that is driven and goal-oriented. I am task list junky and goal setter. I set the goals of being a designated broker by the age of 25 and to be the owner of a national franchise by the age of 30- both were realized. I opened my own office with a supporting staff of more than 40 agents. Having met another goal, I soon realized that not every goal one sets is a wise choice.I decided to resume my career in new and resale home sales and marketing to your families. I chose Keller William Real Estate to be my business partner because of their ability to add the leading technology, support staff (that included 150 real estate agents in my office) and a lifestyle that believes God is first, Family is second and business is third. I believe with this mindset all three of those areas of life come into line in a much better way. I currently serve on the local MBA board, State board and several committees.
With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, my mission is to provide innovative and comprehensive employee benefits solutions specifically designed for the construction sector. I understand the unique challenges and needs of construction businesses, from small contractors to large firms, and I am committed to building long-term, trusting relationships with my clients.
For the past year, I have been actively involved with MBA Pierce County. My goal has been to learn more about what builders need to overcome, not only as business owners but also as companies that must constantly evolve due to ordinance code changes, new rules from counties and government, and the economy. This involvement has deepened my understanding of the construction industry's dynamic landscape and reinforced my commitment to supporting construction businesses in protecting their workforce and ensuring their operations run smoothly.
